The AAPEX ELITE’s base unit doubles as a unique endoscopic trainer: The Endoscopic Gravity Maze™. Unlike traditional models, it is specifically designed to reduce reliance on right-hand torque. Instead, it trains you to control scope roll and navigation primarily through the endoscope control wheels and body positioning, building the foundational control needed for complex endoluminal procedures.

Advanced Endoluminal Procedures – TORe & ESG
The AAPEX ELITE includes dedicated, anatomically accurate synthetic models for Transoral Outlet Reduction (TORe) and Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG). These reusable models let you practice the full procedural workflow in a realistic, risk-free environment.
