AAPEX founder Dr. Brandon VanderWel developed the AAPEX ELITE system after years of training physicians in advanced endoscopic suturing and ESG. He designed the platform to solve the recurring problems he saw: gaps in core endoscopic skills, slow familiarity with suturing devices, and the cost and limitations of animal models.
