The AAPEX Endosurgery Trainer will help a wide range of physicians from novice endoscopist to advanced endoluminal surgeon. The AAPEX Endosurgery Trainer enables a learner of all abilities to increase their skills in a step-wise progression from basic endoscopic maneuvering, to basic endoscopic suturing, to advanced endoscopic suturing. 

AAPEX ELITE Mk1 Includes: 

Endoscopic Gravity Maze

The box that contains all of the contents of the AAPEX Elite Mk1 also seconds as an endoscopic maze. This maze is built specifically to get the physician to not use their right hand to control the torque on the scope and the roll. The box is placed on the ground in front of the endoscopist, and the endoscope is lowered with gravity. Using the control wheels and body roll of the endoscopist, the maze is navigated. This teaches a critical skill of endoscope control that is essential for a successful endoluminal surgeon.

Basic EndoSuturing Trainer Module

This module is included inside of the box and is assembled, allowing the learner, the physician, to practice basic endoscopic suturing techniques and become familiar with the suturing platform as well as basic maneuvering techniques.

TORe Module

TORe module is used to train a physician on basic TORe technique. The synthetic material is reusable and is able to be cinched over a CRE balloon.

ESG trainer with AAPEX Synthetic Stomach Mk1

A fully synthetic, anatomically correct stomach allows the physician to practice a realistic endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty. Tissue handling and suturing techniques can be practiced, just like they will be used in a real patient. The model is completely synthetic, clean, and reusable. The Synthetic Model uses an included air pump to minimize any insufflation frustrations common to other animal and synthetic models.

Everything fits inside of the box, which is compact enough to fit under an airplane seat.
